Membership Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or using the Solvantics Charity, Inc. website, or by selecting “I Accept” during the membership registration: you represent that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement. This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Solvantics Charity, Inc. and all current and future Members (“Member”).
Members understand that Solvantics Charity, Inc. encourages cooperation, collaboration, diversity of opinions, and mutual respect. Adversarial approaches or confrontations between members in forums, social media, or any other public areas are not consistent with membership.
Registration
The Member shall be responsible for all use of the site made by their username and password and for maintaining the confidentiality of the Members username and password.
Restrictions
The Member agrees that they will not share their login information with non-members.
The Member agrees that they will not reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members.
The Member agrees that they will not post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions.
Content
Content includes messages and other materials posted to forums, groups, or other locations on the Site by Members. Members grant Solvantics Charity, Inc. nonexclusive rights to post, copy, display, modify, and/or sell any Content created. Member authorizes disclosure of personal data when included in the content by the Member. Members shall not hold Solvantics Charity, Inc. responsible for other user Members content, actions, or inaction's.
Liability
The Member will not hold Solvantics Charity, Inc. liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership. The Member agrees that Solvantics Charity, Inc. cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices.
Release
If the Member has a dispute with one or more other members, the Member shall release Solvantics Charity, Inc. from any claims, demands, and damages arising out of or connected in any way to such disputes.
Privacy
We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:
By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation. This includes exchanging information with other entities for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.
Marketing Communications: With your consent, or with an opportunity for you to withdraw consent, we may share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.

Membership Termination
Solvantics Charity, Inc. has the right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. The Member can also terminate their membership at any point and for any reason.
