Daniel Williams has extensive experience in emergency technology issue resolution at the city, county, and federal levels, and has made significant contributions to critical public safety and security systems. Notably, Daniel stabilized regional 911 call centers in the Northeast United States by implementing self-healing computer systems, which became the operational model for these centers. Daniel also led emergency software redesigns to ensure the continued viability of County Corrections inmate processing and restitution systems before and after the Y2K event for Orlando FL. Additionally, Daniel managed cyber security emergencies for Veterans Affairs, initiating action with DoD and Homeland Security Cyber teams to repel cyber threats and developing long-term disaster recovery plans for related systems.
Daniel played a key role in several high-profile projects, including overseeing the U.S. State Department’s website operations of critical international importance, delivering essential training to over 165,000 global law enforcement officials. Daniel also led the development of life-saving fire and alarm monitoring software, ensuring its integration with 911 operations. Daniel's expertise is broad and extensive and includes cybersecurity, where Daniel participated in Homeland Security infrastructure preparation of city operations for Presidential and Presidential Candidate campaigns and helped create disaster management tools for the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Having passed rigorous background checks for multiple federal agencies, Daniel contributed to sensitive government projects, including training for allied nations. Daniel's work across multiple sectors highlights his commitment to enhancing safety, operational efficiency, and resilience in critical systems.

Elizabeth Williams is a dedicated and compassionate CFO with a diverse background in both healthcare and nonprofit sectors. She has served as the CFO for two 501(c)(3) charities, a nonprofit organization, and contributed her financial expertise to two other businesses. Her early career was in customer service as a telephone representative for the local phone and power companies. Her later career was in healthcare, where she trained at the world class Cleveland Clinic and worked as an X-Ray technologist at two different hospitals, gaining experience in emergency room and operating room settings. She also served as an X-ray technologist in an orthopedic office, urgent care clinic, and private doctor's office, demonstrating her versatile skills in patient care.
In addition to her professional achievements, Elizabeth has a passion for giving back to the community, having volunteered for three years at a Nursing Home, the National Federation for the Blind, and the Humane Society. A Phi Theta Kappa honors student, she graduated with highest honors in three academic degrees: an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, and an Associate of Applied Science in Radiography. Her broad experience in both finance and healthcare, along with her heartfelt volunteer work, underscores her unwavering dedication to service and helping those in need.

Thomas brings over 22 years of dedicated service to the community as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and first responder. Having started his career at the county level in Florida, Thomas Berry quickly earned a reputation for his unwavering commitment to saving lives and supporting those in need. In addition to his work as an EMT, Thomas is a proud Veteran of the National Guard, where he served for six years, including active duty during the Gulf War, achieving the rank of Specialist in Field Artillery. His extensive experience extends beyond medical emergencies, having served as a volunteer firefighter for 12 years and contributing to disaster relief efforts during natural disasters such as hurricanes and wildfires. Since 2009, Thomas has also been involved in funeral services and body transport, where his compassion and professionalism have allowed him to assist families through some of their darkest moments. On average, he has conducted four body removals a day over the past 15 years including During Covid, offering direct support and comfort to grieving families, religious leaders, and loved ones during these difficult times.
A passionate advocate for community education, Thomas has provided hands-on training to schools across the region, teaching children about emergency response procedures and the important work of EMT's. He has also supported first responders by facilitating community awareness programs, deploying life-saving equipment, and instructing CPR in classrooms to ensure that essential life-saving skills are passed on to the next generation. Whether responding to medical emergencies, providing disaster relief, or mentoring future EMT's, Thomas has consistently demonstrated leadership, compassion, and a deep commitment to public service. His extensive career, rich with diverse experiences and a deep understanding of the challenges first responders face, makes him a valuable asset to the board of directors where he continues to advocate for better community health, safety, and support for those in need.

Arthur Carter is an experienced leader with a strong background in project management, supply chain management, and product research, having worked at top organizations such as IBM, FedEx, and Boeing. He has led multi-state projects and coordinated efforts between Boeing, NASA, and contractors for the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket program, contributing to NASA's mission of returning to the Moon and reaching Mars. His expertise extends to ensuring quality in systems and software as a Quality Assurance professional, always striving for excellence in every aspect of his work. With a technical foundation in Electrical Technology and Computer Science, Arthur brings both strategic vision and technical insight to the table.
Throughout his career, Arthur has demonstrated exceptional leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. He thrives in environments that require close collaboration, whether managing large teams or coordinating efforts across multiple organizations. His experience in radio and TV marketing, where he created impactful ads and video commercials, further strengthens his ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Glenn Fuller is a seasoned Entrepreneur, Data Expert, Electrical Engineer and Inventor with over 30 years of experience in driving value to organizations. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, Mr. Fuller has a deep understanding of technology and its applications. At Orlando Health, Mr. Fuller successfully rescued a multi-million dollar data warehouse project that was failing to deliver valuable insights. By identifying and resolving critical technical issues, he enabled the hospital system to improve patient outcomes, reduce length of stay, and lower hospital-acquired infection rates. His data-driven approach to healthcare has made a significant impact on patient care and operational efficiency.
As a leader in data-driven innovation, Mr. Fuller has a proven track record of driving organizational success across various industries. His leadership skills, coupled with his technical expertise, have enabled him to create innovative solutions to complex problems. At Finfrock Technologies, he established a data-driven culture, empowering employees to leverage data analytics for decision-making. As Vice President of Technologies To Be, Inc., Mr. Fuller invented and patented a frequency hopping spread spectrum radio system for the utility industry.
